This Privacy Policy explains how ColorSnap Studio handles information when you use the app. ColorSnap Studio is a local color picking and palette utility. The app is designed to work without an account, without a backend server, and without advertising or analytics SDKs.
This policy applies to the mobile application named ColorSnap Studio. If you publish this app under a developer name or company name in Google Play, use the same developer or company name in this section before release.

ColorSnap Studio can access only the image file that you choose through the Android system image picker or document picker. The app does not scan your photo library and does not access images that you do not select.
The app can also store color values that you save, such as HEX color codes and locally generated palette information. These saved colors are stored in the app's local preferences on your device.
Selected images are used only to display the image inside the app, let you tap a point in the image, read the pixel color at that point, and generate a simple local color palette.
Saved colors are used only to show your saved swatches in the app and let you reuse, copy, or delete those color values.
When you tap Copy HEX, the selected HEX value is placed on your device clipboard so you can paste it into another app.
ColorSnap Studio does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your selected images, saved colors, palettes, clipboard content, device identifiers, location, contacts, or usage data with the developer or with third parties.
The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.
Saved colors are kept locally on your device until you delete them in the app settings, clear the app's storage from Android settings, or uninstall the app.
Images selected through the Android picker are used for the current editing session. ColorSnap Studio does not create a cloud copy of those images.
ColorSnap Studio uses Android system pickers to let you choose an image. On supported Android versions, this allows the app to work without broad storage access. If Android grants temporary or persistent read access to a selected file, that access is used only for the selected file and only for app functionality.
The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, calendar, or account permissions.
ColorSnap Studio is intended as a general utility app. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because ColorSnap Studio is a local utility, saved app data remains on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device, screen lock, backups, and any apps with which you choose to share or paste copied color values.
You can delete saved colors from the Settings screen inside the app. You can also delete all local app data by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
This policy may be updated if the app's features, data handling, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
